Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept online payment with Visa and Mastercard and most other major credit and debit cards. This service is available for UK mainland deliveries only.
We will send you a confirmation of order by email, this does not indicate that a contract exists between us. When we accept your order, we will send you an invoice, then a contract between us will exist.
We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
eHerbs.co.uk will frequently challenge their chosen Courier to ensure that a fair and economic price is being charged. This fee will be passed on to you at cost only.
At present shipping is charged at £9.99 +VAT per order,
handling/packing is £1.99 per 10 units.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver your order next business day- for all orders received before 12:00 noon. Consequently orders placed on Friday will not normally be processed until the following Monday for delivery Tuesday. However Saturday delivery can be provided at additional shipping costs.
Orders will not be dispatched on, or taken for delivery on Bank Holidays.
Tax Charges
The products we supply are zero rated so carry a 0% VAT charge.
Standard rate 17.5% VAT is charged on all delivery costs.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
